This episode teaches the power of full-body listening—using eyes, ears, and heart—to really understand and support someone.

Recognising Emotions in Others – Clues from Faces, Voices and Actions
Pupils practise tuning into emotional clues, becoming “feelings detectives” who notice when others need kindness or support.

Responding Kindly – What Can I Do to Help?
Children reflect on how kind actions, words, and small gestures can make a big difference in someone’s day.

Different Lives, Different Feelings – Respecting Different Perspectives
Through imaginative thinking, pupils explore how experiences shape emotions and learn to respect feelings that may differ from their own.

Our Empathy Toolbox – Using Empathy Every Day
In this final episode, children bring together what they’ve learned to create an empathy plan for everyday life—at school, at home, and with friends.
