Hollywood star and former teacher Hugh Jackman has shown his support for a Scottish school where pupils are sharing a Christmas message to “be the nice kid”.
Tes Scotland wrote at the weekend about Dunnottar School in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, which had recorded a film about the importance of kindness.

Jackman used his Twitter account to draw attention to a tweet about the story, and wrote: “Thank you ALL for sharing this special video with a very important message.”
Since the weekend, Dunnottar School has received hundreds of supportive messages from around the world.
