4 short texts based on internet threads, in which teenagers blog about their dream job or uncertainty about their dream job. Texts are followed by comprehension questions in English, a 'find the phrase' activity, plus a 'now manipulate the phrase you found' activity.

Simple toolkits to help students go beyond 'er / sie ist + adjective' when describing friends and relatives. - He / she looks ... - He / she can be ... - I think he / she is ... - I find him / her ... plus a load of adjectives

This sets the students up for a playscript in which heart-throb Harry Styles has to ask the way to the station, having been given his marching orders by Taylor Swift. The script then becomes the basis for a writing task.

The Powerpoint contains a set of questions which form a scaffold for pair work. There is a stop watch on every slide to encourage the students to try to improvise a one-minute answer to each question.

This interactive drag-and-drop match-up game contains fifty German synonyms. Each time it opens it will select a different set of 10 synonyms and will shuffle the order. Should never be quite the same twice. Will work on PC or IW. If you use it in a computer suite, every student gets a different game.
