To do tracker for SENCO/Teacher/Leader

Tracker to keep you informed of what needs doing and what you have already done. Very good visual to promote reflection on every thing that you have completed, what still needs to be completed and what you have started so that you are aware what you need to finish. Excellent visual tool to promote discussions in Line Management meetings as well as help you to see what things you can delegate and who you delegated those to.
Exam and Lesson Confidence Intervention

Exam and Lesson Confidence Intervention

(0)
A short one session intervention that explores confidence with a specific focus on exams and lessons. There is a PowerPoint presentation and a workbook which leads to the creation of an action plan. The intervention should take between 30 - 40 minutes in total but should form the basis of a small group discussion where students explore the feelings around being confident and the importance of having confidence. This would be the first step before exploring more resilience style interventions.

Inclusion Intervention Communication Tracker with Accompanying Letters

(0)
Inclusion intervention tracker to improve communication home and help with tracking impact of home-school relationships with participation at interventions. Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my resource. Just a little bit more information: This is a tracker, with accompanying letters, which improve the communication of targeted interventions. At each stage, there is a letter to help communicate the impact of the intervention and whether there need to be more sessions or to request support from home. Green = everything is good and improvement has taken place. There is no need for any more intervention on that area. Amber = there need to be a few more sessions to help with improvement. Red = lack of attendance/engagement means the student is not showing progress and school are requesting help from home at encouraging the young person to attend. Blue = exploring a potential SEN. This one is for a young person who is not already identified as having a SEN. Thank you.

Exit Activity: what stuck with you today?

An easy to use interactive exit activity which promotes students to reflect on their learning. It allows teachers to quickly gather information about the areas students felt most comfortable with and what would possibly need to be re-taught. This is a PowerPoint presentation which can be modified and changed to best suit your own questions as well as colour schemes. There are some areas which are printscreened and, therefore, not changeable. But the key resource itself is editable. Anything which is printscreened is done so as an example of how to use and is accompanied by notes to help explain this. The resource includes directions on how I use this resource as well as slides to add to your own lesson presentations and examples of how to print the resource out for small group and individual use. Please feel free to reach out should you have any questions about the resource.
