This bundle contains a set of resources to help teachers support students with their academic writing skills at college and university for any course/subject. It includes a set of tutorials on essay writing techniques including how to be critical, paraphrase and answer different styles of essay questions. These are supplemented by handouts for students summarising what’s involved in academic writing, explaining the university grading system and tips for writing a first class essay. Students are also provided with a model first class essay to provide them with an example of sound academic writing.

This bundle contains a set of resources to help teachers deliver KS3 and GCSE Maths lessons on shape and geometry topics. It includes a set of powerpoints containing full lessons on topics such as translations of 2-D shapes, area and perimeter of 2-D shapes, area and circumference of a circle and recognising and drawing nets of 3-D shapes. It also has a comprehensive bank of KS3 Geometry starters, an investigation into the areas of triangles aimed at GCSE students and revision handouts for pupils on the properties of 2-D shapes and area and circumference of a circle.

It includes a set of full lessons on topics such as speeches and persuasive writing, creating and writing magazines and the characters of Kes. This is complemented by a selection of learning mats on writing, punctuation, spelling and grammar for students to use as an aid to in-class work and for revision purposes as well as a chart of all pronouns used in KS3 English and a template for self and peer assessing a piece of work.

This bundle contains a set of tests and quizzes for GCSE Maths to help teachers prepare students for their GCSE Maths exams and to help students revise effectively and improve exa technique. It includes a series of tests including specific ones on percentages, decimals, percentages, ratios and averages, a handy revision quiz (themed of a Question of Sport) and a set of extension questions for both foundation and higher tiers to stretch pupils.
