Focus Book/Theme: Veg Patch Party/Fruit and Veg Please note: The maths notebook uses a programme called SMART notebook. If you do not have this programme installed on your laptop, this will not work for you. As this is a bank holiday week and we have an afternoon off timetable for VE Day, there are only 2 literacy lessons as opposed to 4, and 2 maths lessons as opposed to 3.

This is the proforma we use for APDR cycles so children who have specialist teacher advice and are working towards an EHCP or who are already on an EHCP. Outcomes from EHCP, or advice/targets from specialist teacher goes on the first page along with the provision to achieve these targets. Then each target gets it’s own page. These are split into the 4 broad areas of need. You might not have one for each. You may have 3 targets for communication and interaction and 1 for physical and/or sensory. These must be linked to outcomes.
