This lesson / resource is an Introduction to Cash Flow Forecasts with the following learning objectives and been designed for GCSE Business Studies. This lesson covers all the basics of Cash Flow Forecasting and inflows / outflows. It is followed by lesson 2 which revises everything covered in this lesson and focuses on improving cashflow with case studies to examine. Learning objectives/Outcomes: Explain the difference between cash flow and profit Identify types of cash inflows and cash outflows Describe the cash flow problems a business might face This download includes: A full lesson PowerPoint A scenario looking at when Cash Flow goes wrong 2 activities that look at different cashflow calculations - the first filling in gaps and the second (differentiated) looking at constructing a cash flow forecast All necessary resources to run the lesson are included in this download and all my lessons are for a double lesson i.e. to take around 1 hour and fifty minutes so they can be separated into two single lessons if required. This lesson is one of a series (scheme of work) to teach Marketing and covers the Promotion and the Promotional Mix. â € This lesson has been designed for A Level, IB Diploma, and AP Business Studies. â € This lesson has the following Learning Objectives: Know the difference between promotion and advertising Understand above and below the line promotions Understand different promotional tools and their effectiveness Evaluate which factors in a promotional mix should be used â € Resources to run the lesson(s) are included in this download: Full Lesson Presentation Printable Cards for Each Promotional Method to use in 2 tasks Series of Case studies to discuss with students â € All necessary resources to run the lessons are included in this download and all resources are for a double lesson (or two single lessons) i.e. there should be enough to content to cover around 1 hour and fifty minutes. â € The aim of all my resources is to provide lessons / activities of good quality that will add value to your lessons / schemes of work. â € All activities and resources have been used in classes and any errors will be fixed and resources updated as soon as I am aware them. This lesson / resource is for the Porter’s Five Forces with the following learning objectives and been designed for AS/AS/IB Business Studies. Learning objectives/Outcomes: Know Porter’s Five Forces Understand the Five Forces Model and how to assess how competitive an industry is by using it Know how to use the Five Forces Model to guide Business Strategy This lesson covers everything needed to fully understand, apply and evaluate Porter’s Five Forces as a strategic tool. This download includes: A full lesson PowerPoint Group activity task with full teacher explanations to discover in detail the forces for each of the five factors Extended application task for students to research and present their own idea for and industry with student examples Includes Free Bonus Poster for Classroom Displays from the Business Poster Pack 1 available here All necessary resources to run the lesson are included in this download and all my lessons are for a double lesson i.e. to take around 1 hour and fifty minutes so they can be separated into two single lessons if required.
