This is the 3rd lesson of the first unit of Theme 5 : Partage de la Planète, Unité 1 : L’environnement. Ready to go lessons based on the new (2020) IB programme. (Based on the Oxford book but the book is not necessary to run the powerpoint) This lesson is fit to teach the theme of L’environnement with IB students, and to build up necessary vocabulary and grammar. It includes authentic and interesting exercises to discover the IB “oral individual” exam. There are many examples done by previous IB French students (anonymized). You will also find exercises based on the Oxford text (éco-citoyen) as well as listening exercise and and pictures and prompts to encourage students to speak and practice the “oral individuel” exam. Answer keys are included. Fits both SL and HL, but the exam part in this slides is suited for the SL students.

Perfect for practicing French speaking in context while having fun! This is a game based on “le loup garou de Tiercelieu” that has been simplified. It can be done with intermediate to advanced classes. Mafieux are killing everyone in the village, policemen need to stop them ! All you need to do is write some letters on pieces of papers, read the instructions of the game with your students and that’s it, you can start the game as the narrateur and you students will be “mafieux”, “policiers”, and “villageois”, they will love it and will keep asking you to play it all along the year. It can be quickly adapted to any languages !
