**Updated for September 2024-25. ** Lesson 5/10 out of Languages on a Plate’s beginner module: All About Me, which is centred around teaching the basics for Spanish beginners (perfect for Year 7). This lesson introduces students to family members in Spanish and focuses on the verbs “tener” and “llamarse” in the 3rd person so they can say their family members’ names and ages. The lesson builds on the knowledge from the first four lessons in the module, which taught them how to say and spell their name, answer how they are and say how old they are.
