Part of a series to prepare students for the BTEC IT Unit 6 Assignment B&C, based on the knowledge I’ve built up running the course
This unit of work uses RocketCake in order for students to produce their website, however lessons some of the practical lessons may also be useful if other methods of website production are being used
This lesson aims to teach students about how to prepare their website for SEO; add image galleries/slideshows; videos, PDFs and Google Maps.
This lesson includes: demonstration (with videos/animations) and then tasks for them to practice plus a tick sheet to ensure they have complete all the sub-tasks
Assets provided to save time in lesson and RCD files for the teacher to give an example of the completed tasks
Challenge built into some of the slides/tasks
