Each set of worksheets is designed to prompt an in depth engagement with characterisation, encouraging inference throughout. Students can work through the activities independently using the task instructions to guide them. These activities are ideal for CIE IGCSE Literature in English and KS5, but can be used for any class studying the novel. Included in this download are two worksheets designed to appeal to 21st century students - one for the AQA English Language exams and one for the AQA English Literature exams. The layout helps students to easily understand the content and question type for each exam, including the marks available and which AOs are being tested.
