How To Be A Lion Scheme Of Work

(0)
A 6 week planning block for ‘How to be a lion’. This has been written for children with autism using colourful semantics to access their curriculum. Resources are made in inPrint. This would also suit mainstream EYFS-Year 1 as an access point however in my school children to the age of 18 will access these materials. Sessions 1-4 have a reading focus with writing outcomes depending on the children’s access point. Sessions 4-6/7 have writing outcomes. This text type focus: Autobiography . Please have a look at my other resources too :)

Grace and Family Planning

To Grace, family has always meant her Ma, her Nana and a cat called Paw-Paw. When Papa invites her to visit him in the Gambia she dreams of finding the kind of family that is idealised in stories. But she finds that families are what you make them. This planning/scheme of work is designed to support those with SEND needs. It would also work perfectly in EYFS -Y1. This planning has activities and resources for yp who are verbal and non verbal as well as those who need small step support pre curriculum. The planning includes a smart NOTEBOOK to support the teaching along with comprehensive planning and resources. Please contact me if your school is using INPRINT as I have a lot more resources to accompany this SOW if this is the case. Enjoy!
