2 versions of this board game to practise the perfect tense in a fun and engaging way. Pupils can work independently- great way of injecting some competition into the lesson also a fun reward after a grammar lesson.

Version 2 is perfect tense -er regular verbs with all pronouns
This is a link to my You Tube channel where you will find a whiteboard animation video. This is great to use in class with the pupils- can they translate te sentences quicker than the pen? They could write them down or say them out loud?
A fabulous task to set as revision as well- pupils more inclined to watch a you tube video to music (I have great stats evidence for previous year’s videos - by analysing the demographics I know that thousands of pupils watched my video in the week before the French exams!)
More topics on the way. There is a bundle of activities for this topic here /teaching-resource/gcse-french-role-play-task-at-the-hotel-11874119
All the vocabulary for TV programmes and opinions on one A4 page: use it as a learning mat, a homework sheet, a support sheet, an extension sheet, a revision sheet, a classroom poster...endless possibilities.
Also available in my growing bundle of vocabulary mats.
Also included: Mini word clouds- excellent starter activity. Great for revision as well.
Could give out as an extension tool for early finishers. Give them out upon arrival and give them a time frame. At the end of the timeframe pupils go head to head in a 'bidding war'. Each pupil says how many they can translate and have to prove it. The highest bidder goes first- if he can get to his bid he wins, if he can't the next bidder goes and has to get to his highest bid to win.
Designed to support use of Expo 1. By support I mean liven up and make it relevant!
You will find the essential vocabulary lifted from the book but I have added phrases that teenagers actually use to enthuse our pupils- hair and make up, X box, snapchat- it's all there!

A whitebaord animation video to challenge pupils to translate the role play related sentences that appear on screen before the ‘floating hand’ translates for them. This is to practise rather than introduce the vocabulary. I recommend purchasing this powerpoint /teaching-resource/gcse-french-role-play-at-the-tourist-office-presentation-and-games-11875982 to accomplany the video if you want to introduce or revise the vocab needed for the tourist office.

All you will need for a strong and engaging first lesson with your new classes. That first lesson back can be a bit flat because they resources for greetings and simple questions and answers can be pretty dull.
Whether you buy this bundle to use with beginner learners or as a refresher lesson for new classes, you won't be disappointed.
I have included a great video with music and robots for immediate impact- pop it on as they walk in. The PowerPoint introduces the vocab so you can drill and then includes some classic language games and a chance for you to get them to listen and match up (and copy the lang into their books if you wish). There is a 'one page learning' great for differentiation, as a support tool, a revision sheet, homework, learning mat...whatever you like! An interactive quiz for a snappy start or memorable exit game and two versions of follow me cards (small class or large class). Second PowerPoint to introduce days of week and months of year also included. GREAT VALUE!!! Please consider leaving a review :)
A video featuring a range of faces, foods from around the world, architecture and landscapes and celebrations form around the world. The video opens with a quote about the diversity and closes with the line 'One human race'.
The video should provide springboard for discussion and reflection.
