This is an exciting scheme of work and set of lessons aimed at KS3 History that looks at the Age of Exploration as well as a few explorers. There are a total of NINE lessons included with the opportunity to turn the last lesson into a mini-project.
This has been updated as recently as 2025 and could easily last a term. My resources contain a plethora of activities, videos and resources aimed at pushing students. My lessons have also been regarded as Outstanding by Ofsted. This bundle includes:

This was a lesson looking at the Heraldry involved during the Middle Ages as well as a quick look at some Foreign Castles. This was taught over 2 50 minute lessons. Included is everything you need to succeed including differentiated resources, information and scaffolding!

This is a lesson on the Life of a Knight. This lesson is quite unique in the fact that it was graded outstanding by Ofsted, so there’s a seal of approval! This was originally taught in 2 lessons consisting of 50 minutes, and contains all of the resources, differentiation, a fantastic story I wrote and some scaffolding which you need to succeed in achieving the LO’s.
