I’ve put together this 2025 A Level Predicted Paper 2 with all new questions, there is a good spread of difficulty and demand through the paper. Full worked solutions are provided.
The topics covered are all topics which haven’t come up in Paper 1 2025 so it is a good practice paper for 2025 Paper 2.
This is my applied maths 2025 predicted papers for Edexcel A Level Maths.
All the questions have been written specifically for the 2025 exams after an analysis of all past papers and topic trends.
The 5 papers are full exam papers, with full worked solutions.
If you like this resource, please leave a review.
My two resources which I have made to prepare for 2025 Paper 2 for the Edexcel Maths Exam. Both include full solutions at the end of the document.
Resource 1 is a full exam paper with a good range of challenge.
Resource 2 is 15 warmup questions - at the easier end of the scale.
All questions are new and custom written for the 2025 Paper 2 exam.
I’ve done an extensive analysis of past papers and the frequency at which topics come up.
I’ve written the 3 attached papers with full solutions specifically for the 2025 Mechanics Paper.
They are at a typical level of difficulty and in the style of Edexcel questions.
They include full solutions!
It’s a huge amount of work to make these and format them nicely, so I hope you and your students enjoy working through them in the time before the exam.

This compilation of 15 questions includes high frequency topics which have not been examined in Paper 1, 2025. They are all ‘lower grade’ questions which focus on skills and procedures to boost your students confidence the day before the exam.
Full worked solutions are included at the end of the document.
Topics included are as follows, Algebra: Partial Fractions, Algebra: Modulus Functions/Equations, Sequences and Series: Geometric Series (Sum, Sum to Infinity), Binomial Expansion (Non-Positive Integer Exponents), Trigonometry: Sine and Cosine Rule Applications, Differentiation: Implicit Differentiation, Integration: Integration by Parts, Integration: Area Between Two Curves, Differential Equations: Separable Variables, Parametric Equations: Differentiation, Numerical Methods: Trapezium Rule, Proof: Proof by Counter Example, Proof: Differentiation from First Principles, Proof: Contradiction (Irrationality of sqrt{2)), Proof: Contradiction (infinite primes).
To go alongside my ‘Everything you need to know’ sheet for A Level Pure Maths I have made this series of 11 quizzes, they are here with full answers.
I understand that £10 is a lot of money for a set of quizzes, but these have been a huge amount of work to put together and edit - most schools will allow purchases for high quality resources, so you could ask your finance manager to order these.
Every fact is tested across the 11 quizzes, with a small number of facts tested twice.
Each quiz takes about 5 minutes at the start of a class, and then another 5 minutes to peer-mark.
I use these in class starting in March, and get the students to highlight facts they know green and ones they don’t know red, so it creates a revision map for them of what they still need to learn. Formula book facts are presented interleaved with non-formula book facts as I expect my students to know all the formula book facts so they can answer fluently.

That is the sister-resource which the quizzes have been generated from. There is a sample quiz included in that download.
The quizzes are 1 to an A4 page in professionally rendered LaTex to make them easy to read for the students.
I’ve done an extensive analysis of past papers and the frequency at which topics come up.
I’ve written these paper with full solutions specifically for the 2025 Statistics Paper.
They are at a typical level of difficulty and in the style of Edexcel questions.
They are all new questions which have not been published before. They include full solutions!
It’s a huge amount of work to make these and format them nicely, so I hope you and your students enjoy working through them in the time before the exam.

Adapted from Bicen Maths fantastic sheet of Everything you Need to Know, I’ve made a professionally formatted version with a ‘fill in the blanks’ version and a complete version.
Going alongside this is my Pure Y13 Facts Check Sheets, which test every fact on this sheet in a series of 11 tests which are available from my shop.

It’s an exaggeration to say that this sheet contains everything, but in my experience it contains all the key facts which will get a student started on a question. It’s not going to guarantee exam mastery.
Some of these facts are formula book, some are not, I’ve not made that distinction clear as I expect students to be familiar with what is in the formula book so they can use it efficiently in the exam.
If you like this resource, please leave a review, if you think it needs changing, please get in touch.

Y12 A Level Maths - Only Connect Grid
This grid is designed as a review activity for a Y12 class, who have studied, equations of circles, simultaneous equations, (simple) integration, and GCSE volume and area calculations.
It’s a great fun activity for the end of term, or similar which always stimulates lively debate.
How to play: The 16 cards below can be sorted into four groups of four connected items. The
connections could be based on algebraic, geometric, or other mathematical concepts. Your task is to find
the four groups and the connection that links the cards in each group.
