A unit on the 1975 film Jaws. Includes worksheets, a PP and two essay plans - one differentiated.

A PP designed to support teaching the film Inception for an opening scene essay. I then got my class to build their own essay plan. I used this with an a able National 5 class but it could be adapted for other levels.

A unit designed designed to strengthen listening and creative writing skills. The class will listen to several episodes of The Magnus Archives (a Rusty Quill podcast) and then write their own supernatural statement. I used this with an able S3 class but have also used the listenings with lower level sets for a bit of fun or when doing spooky writing at Halloween.

Various resources designed to support teaching Tennessee Williams’s play A Streetcar Named Desire. I used these with an S5/6 Higher class. Includes a PowerPoint, one example essay and some revision worksheets.
