This pack has been redesigned and updated February 2019 This pack contains a set of 30 sound bingo boards for each set of sounds (Set 1, Set 2 Set 3) sounds and corresponding calling cards. Used as alternative to flashing sounds. Ideally laminate them and use whiteboard pens to dot them off as the sound as it is called out.

There is a book for each set of word time words. Word Time 7 has 3 books to cover all the words and have slightly different activities. Page 2 - Read It Find it: find the given sounds and circle each sound a different colour. Page 3 - Match It: match the picture to the correct word Page 4&5 - Read It Write It: a board game which has sounds, words and pictures. Land on a sound or word read it, land on a picture write it or sound it out. Page 6 - Monster Mayhem: unscramble the word using the sound boxes for support. Page 7 - Super Searcher: word-search for some of the word time words (no more than 10). Words run left to right only, some may have two words on a line. Ideal to send home at the end of the week.

UPDATED This pack has been redesigned and now includes a Set 2 Board Game and three versions of the word lotto (black, sound underlined and sound in colour) Each sound has its own bingo board apart from oy and air which are combined. Use in pairs and pupils take turn to 'Fred Talk' the word for their partner to find and colour. Or sound out a word and children colour the word in or give each children a different board and call out words from a bag. Could even be used to send home to practice. There are different words from RWI so children have more opportunity to practice the sounds.

A bit different to the normal matching that is available elsewhere, as there is for each sound approx 5/6 pictures and sentences for each phase 3 sound starting from ai (ure hasn't been included). The sentence in some cases are also a bit silly i.e A gear with a beard. An ear with a beard. I've only change 1 or 2 words in each sentence so makes the children read for comprehension. 84 sentences and matching pictures in total. Can also use the pictures for sentence writing, or read the sentences and draw the picture to go with it.

There is a book from each vowel diagraph apart from tion and cious/tious. Whole book is in in black and grey to save on colour ink when mass copying or printing. There is a PDF for each book so saves scrolled through trying to find the one you need. This pack contains spelling sheets for the sounds and words listed in the Speed Sounds Book for Word Time! 1 to 7. They are similar to the look, cover, write, check but with a twist. Pupils get to practice the writing in different ways such as joining the dots, rainbow writing and colourful writing before covering and having a go. Cursive version also included.

This pack contains sentence and matching pictures using set 1-5 sounds from Phase 2. These can be used as a matching activity, writing sentences for the pictures or drawing a picture to match the sentence. Some are a bit silly but i’m sure the children will enjoy them.

There is a tree for each sound that has 2 or more ways of writing that sound. Made from a combination of sounds from RWI and Letters and Sounds. Trees have pictures and/or words for each sound that is on the tree. Perfect for displaying sound families. There are 31 trees in total.
