I’ve put together a step-by-step learner friendly guide for delivering the T Level Craft & Design Employer Set Project (ESP), so you don’t have to!

This has been perfect for helping learners understand expectations, manage their submissions, and work independently through each task.

All content has been designed to align with the Pearson specification and their example Employer Set Project tasks (SAM), giving learners consistency and to avoid any nasty surprises! Inside:

• Clear breakdowns of all Tasks 1 to 5

• Core Skills and Performance Outcomes (P.O.s) embedded in each task section.

• Standardized submission checklists, file format info, etc (aligned to Pearson).
