Conversations

Have anonymous conversations with your staff using the Conversations tab in Staff Pulse. This guide will take you through how you can gain more in-depth, accurate and emotive feedback from your staff.

With your anonymous responses, your staff have the choice to leave an anonymous comment. These comments are a great way to gain deeper insight into how your staff are feeling, and your staff can offer intricate feedback over the wide range of wellbeing questions you have asked them.

You will first receive comments on the back of the questions, that you have asked, in the Dashboard section of Staff Pulse. Once you have replied to your staff there, the conversation will continue in the Conversations tab.

Click on the Conversations button within the Staff Pulse tab on the home page of the Tes Portal.

Once you are in here, you will see any conversations (new or existing) that you have had with your staff. If you select one of these conversations, you can see the full history, starting from the original comment.

You will see here that the staff member you are replying to is Anonymous and your name will show. Your staff member's name will be kept hidden for the duration of the conversation unless they want to disclose this. They will be able to see your name incase they want to speak to you about this outside of wellbeing surveys.

You will also see the Keyword search bar and the Filter by categories tab so you can narrow down your search for a conversation.

You will also see the bookmark icon. Clicking this bookmark icon, which will appear at the end of a conversation, will save this into the Saved items tab on the left-hand side. If you click into the Saved items tab, you will see any previously saved conversations which you can click into to bring up the full conversation.
