Larmenier & Sacred Heart boasts a well-resourced, modern building and a beautiful learning environment. Facilities and resources include: a dedicated PPA space, art room, music room, school library, garden plot and access to up-to-date technology to support both teaching and learning. The school is located centrally in Hammersmith and has excellent rail (London Overground), tube (Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City) and bus links.

Each term, the school offers a range of extra-curricular activities such as orchestra, choir, art, sport, science, Spanish, dance and more. Staff willing to share areas of expertise or interest have the opportunity to lead after school clubs (paid) or these are run by outside providers.

The school has achieved Gold Artsmark Award in recognition of its '...deeply embedded commitment to the arts' (Artsmark Assessor, December 2024) and the Music Mark of Recognition due to the school committing to three music education pledges and the Tri-Borough Music Hub's acknowledgement of the school's ongoing work in music. In July 2024, the school achieved the TfL Travel for Life Bronze accreditation for undertaking activities and initiatives to help encourage pupils to travel safely and responsibly; making informed choices about sustainable and active travel and to help improve their school environment and the community around them.

The school works in close partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Local Authority, the Diocese of Westminster and Holy Trinity parish. There are opportunities for staff to engage with colleagues from local schools and to join professional networks. Staff continued professional development is a high priority and a generous budget is allocated to support this each academic year.
