Maths Reasoning/Thinking Skills: This resource can be used for morning activities, lesson starters, revision tool or intervention group work. It should remind children that they already have the tools (know the maths), using SATs style questions, they just have to figure out how to use it Updated to include questions from 2025 papers.

Questions taken from arithmetic papers over the years based on elements that my class had struggled with (2016 - 2025) I would use this resource as a lesson starter, morning activity or with a booster/intervention group, normally, from Spring 1 or Spring 2.

Includes Number and calculation, statistics, shape and measure, fractions and decimals and word problems. Can be used by parents who wish to support their children at home?
