Mini Sweet Summer Gift Tags (x12 on A4)
Great for attaching to End of Term gifts for your class.
Print as many as you need at home or at school, then cut out (use grey dot as a marker for the hole-punch) and attach to your sweet bags with string/ ribbon or even washi tape.

Welsh colours. Lliwiau
Colour splats with the Welsh colour names on.
These would be perfect for a range of uses including;
displays
word mats
print two copies to create a pair game
use in continuous/enhanced provision for colour matching (match every day items to the colour splats).

Numbers 1 to 10
Numbers 1 to 10 with the amount of dots to match the number e.g. 1 dot on number 1, 2 on number 2 etc.
These are perfect for a fine motor area to incorporate maths skills. Children can be encouraged to put the correct amount of items onto the numbers. The dots on the numbers will scaffold children who are learning to consolidate numbers.

Welsh weather matching sheet. Tywydd.
Welsh weather matching worksheet.
Learners need to match the images to the Welsh phrase for the weather.

Senses walk
A senses walk worksheet with sentence stems of “I can hear …” etc with an image of an ear.
This can be used to:
teach about the senses
support writing a senses poem or story
support a mindfulness activity.

Library scavenger hunt
A library scavenger hunt aimed at KS2 pupils to look for various books in a library (school or local library).

Reading questions
Perfect to support children to talk with each other about books they have read, or are reading, to encourage a love of books. These are great for world book day or an independent literacy area in the classroom. There are 15 question clouds. These could also be used as a prompt for pupils to complete written work.
I used these as part of a PE lesson where children completed circuits and when the whistle was blown, they had to stop and discuss the question cards on that station with their group.
I used these to enhance an outdoor area where children like to go to read. I laminated the cards and attached them to the fence. It created a discussion between children on the yard at break times.

John Petts stained glass craft plan.
This lesson plan is to create a stained glass craft using tissue paper and card. It is detailed and outlines information on how this can link to the Welsh stained glass artist named John Petts as well as his link to Martin Luther King and the Civil Rights movement.
This document outlines how this activity can be linked to various areas of the curriculum, as well as suggesting other possible activities/lessons that can be used to create a topic or sequence of lessons.

Quentin Blake art work
Quentin Blake inspired art work, using the process of how his famous illustrations are made. This includes the use of fine liners and a light box (or a window/natural light to trace could be used).
This document contains information in how this activity could be extended to create a series of lessons or unit of work or even a long term project.

Wellbeing check-in
A wellbeing check-in for children who are able to independently write their feelings and ways that you can help them.
This worked particularly well in my KS2 classrooms and allowed children to communicate something that could possibly help them feel better.

Summer tags from teacher to student
Summer tags that say “Have a great summer. It’s been great being your teacher” which could be given as a token to your class at the end of term, or put onto a small gift e.g. pack of sweets.
