This is from a series of posters I made for revision of the characters in An Inspector Calls. They each display quotes that would be useful to revise for the GCSE exam. This one is of Gerald Croft. I have recently updated the file to a digital version. This means you now receive the original poster in both pdf and jpeg formats, along with three other versions: traits-only, picture only and quotes-only. Suggested uses: Ask students to expand on the comments and link each one to a given theme; Display the traits-only poster and ask students to find evidence to support each one; Display the quotes-only poster and ask students to come up with the trait each one exemplifies; Ask students to come up with their own version for a character; Print out in A5, along with the other characters in this series, and produce individual revision booklets for students; Print out in A4 or A3 and use for display boards. This poster is of Linda. A5 prints make for really good individual student booklets, while producing A4 versions is ideal for general class use. While Romeo & Juliet and Macbeth are some of my best sellers, they were, surprisingly, the only Shakespeare bundles in my shop. But not for long! This year I have completed my series of Twelfth Night characters, with eight posters available in total. For display, these print well as A3, while A4 are ideal for general class use. Students could be asked to expand on each quote, linking it to given themes in the play, or to say why that quote or trait is significant. The posters also serve as inspiration for students to create their own for other characters. If printed in A5, the full series of posters can make up a handy little revision guide for individual students. This is from a series of posters I made for revision of the characters in Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. They each display quotes and comments that would be useful to revise for the GCSE English Literature exam. This poster is of Viola, in her guise as Cesario. A5 prints make for really good individual student booklets, while producing A4 versions is ideal for general class use. If you’re wanting to display them, they look really good in A3.
