EDEXCEL 2024 Spanish Module 5 - Set of Vocabulary Tests
I have a prepared a set of simple vocabulary tests for each of the units of Módulo 5- A Clase!. These can be done at the start of a lesson taking no longer than 3 minutes. There are 6 in total.
These contain 20 translations each - see preview images for an example of one of them.
You can also look in my profile for free vocabulary sets and QUIZLET links for the students to revise in-between lessons.
Spanish EDEXCEL 2024 Module 5 - Speaking Booklet
Speaking booklet to be used alongside the teaching of Módulo 5 - A clase! - or in its own dedicated lesson.
This is covering three tasks - reading aloud - role play and picture+conversation.
It follows the thematic context of ‘Studying and my future’ and is partly based on the questions available in p.122 (Prueba Oral) alongside my own questions for the conversation (15 total and covering the different tenses).
EDEXCEL 2024 Spanish Module 5 - Vocabulary Sets (QUIZLET)
Not very pretty but I’ve created a vocabulary set in QUIZLET for each sub-unit of module 5. In this powerpoint you can find the vocabulary sets themselves, a link for each QUIZLET set, and even a QR code that I have generated so that you can provide your students with the means to revise the vocab at home.
I have already uploaded a similar resource for previous modules, and will also be creating short vocabulary tests for each one. Check my profile if this interests you, or for any other resources.

Lesson 1 (Zona de Cultura) - An introductory lesson to Module 4 covering the double-page spread of “Zona de Cultura - Qué rico!” with an introductory vocabulary starter, a focus on traditional foods/drinks in Spanish, and potentially a writing/speaking plenary (or hw - including grammar practice).
Lesson 2 (U1) - ¿Llevas una vida sana? (Focus on use of “tener + noun” structures and descriptive vocab for healthy routines)
Lesson 3 (U1) - ¿Cómo es tu día típico? (Focus on use of “tener + noun” structures, descriptive vocab for healthy routines AND use of indefinite adjectives)
Lesson 4 (U2) - ¿Somos lo que comemos? (Focus on listening skills and use of direct object pronouns)
Lesson 5 (U2) - ¿Comer en la calle? ¡Buena idea! (Focus on reading / listening, and use of vocabulary to describe mealtimes and food trends)
Lesson 6 (U3) - Los tiempos cambian (Focus on comparing old and new habits and using “ya no + verb” correctly)
Lesson 7 (U3) -Los tiempos cambian II (Focus writing and translation + using the imperfect tense to say what you used to do)
Lesson 8 (U4) - ¡Qué mal estoy! (Focus on vocabulary for different parts of the body and saying what hurts + use of reflexive verbs in the preterite)
Lesson 9 (U4) - Qué mal estoy! II (Focus on saying what hurts using “doler”, to be able to give advice )
