Key stage 3 ~ year 8 ~ introductory lesson on the topic of Pressure on Solids. In this lesson pupils will describe what pressure is and calculate pressure from area and force. They will also refresh the difference between mass and weight from year 7.

Extension questions are included on the slides and there is a pick and mix of different tasks to select from for your students. Follows the Activate 2 KS3 course.
