I have used each of these tasks for SLT interviews in Special Education and they had proved invaluable.

This is an extensive list of statements that were developed to support staff and students (Student Voice) in formulating a new whole school Code of Conduct. After the brainstorm of statements comes well written examples that may be an ideal fit for your schools.
The statements are split into sections that include:

An Extensive Questionnaire (22 Questions) that can be used for self evaluation within the LSA/TA Support teams or as part of wider school/staff evaluation that informs the school development plan or gives feedback to Senior/Middle Leadership.
Middle Leaders are the real drivers of school improvement; they are the heartbeat and engine room of a school and we need to ensure they are fully supported.
This 2 hour training session was delivered to the Middle Leadership Team across the Service, as a starting point for a real focus on their development and it was received very well by the team.
The session initially focuses on the meaning of leadership and the characteristics of good middle leaders, alongside the difference between management and leadership. It then moves to focus on the role of the middle leader and expectations for their role in schools as well as potential training needs for further development.
Feedback on the interactive session was very positive.
A Behaviour Risk Assessment that can be used for targeted students in any provision, but more especially in Special Education and Pupil Referral Units.
A clear and precise template to identify risk and associated interventions that support targeted students.
A mini-module that I wrote for Life Skills lessons in my role as Head of a PRU. It challenges the students to reflect upon using more appropriate language in and around the school site and to look at alternatives to the inappropriate words students would often use.
This resource can be slotted in at any stage to a PSHE, Life Skills or Citizenship Programme.
We all require a good template at times to showcase key data. This resource identifies key areas of data relating to individual student behaviour that can be used to present key findings to a Line Manager, school Governors or indeed OfSTED. It can be tweeked to suit the kind of data required and the way in which behaviour is tracked in your school.

This resource contains some useful ideas for setting up your Student Council/Parliament alongside a PSHE/Tutor lesson activity designed to support student understanding of the kind of qualities that are required of Council Members. It also contains two templates, including a meeting agenda template and a voting slip.
The Attendance Support Plan Template can be used as a higher level intervention, to support improvements in student attendance and to identify key attendance data that can be used with parents and the child, so that what is required for improvement, is shared by all and is represented in one clear document.

This resource can be used by member of SLT to reinforce, or indeed re-invent the expectations for form tutors in your establishment.
I originally wrote this for my school as the Tutor Period was re-introduced and it identified the guidance as to the expectations for the new role.
Do you have Peer mentors or Peer Mediators in your school…If not, then why not?
Peer Mentors can offer another layer of support for your Pastoral System in any educational setting; You will find that if the Mentors/Mediators become embedded as part of your Pastoral System, then other students will generally respond very well to them.
If students are trained correctly and they are given the responsibility and trust to work with younger students they can become an invaluable team in your school.
This support pack offers guidance and advice for your Mentors/Mediators as they move forward in their role; it gives advice on how to run a meeting, it identifies key questions to ask and key words to use alongside tips on problem solving.
I wrote this resource once I had trained up the Mentors in my Centre and they commented it gave them useful support in their role.
This 5-6 week module of work for Year 7 or Year 8 explores students perceptions on the World of Work. It would fit well into any scheme of work that relates to the Gatsby Benchmark 1… ‘that every school and college should have a stable, structured careers programme’.

There is also a careers self-assessment sheet attached to this module which can be used to evaluate what students have learned from the work covered.
The I.B.P. is an in-depth document for recording and tracking student behaviour. It is a supportive document that collates a range of evidence on the student and identifies a range of strategies and interventions to support improvements. This is an individually designed IBP that has been used alongside other Pastoral Support Programmes and which has been used to help provide evidence in both EHCP Review meetings and PEP’s.
A Template that will help Senior Teams and Middle Leaders collate evidence on student work in a coherent and straight forward manner. It already contains a number of key areas of focus that will be required by your teams, however it can easily be adapted to suit your establishment.
This resource can be used as a self - assessment/self-reflection document at the end of a module on forest or animal school. I wrote this for a teacher working with an autistic child, with a working at age of around 7-8.
There is a writing and spelling focus, but it could also be used as a document to help initiate discussion.
This question bank fits nicely with supporting the writing of a Career Personal Statement (See booklet as part of my resources). It allows for reflection and wider career management by asking key questions about a students aspirations and future.
