KS3 Types of Volcano task: A grid of features about composite and shield volcanoes which need highlighting in two different colours depending on whether they are features of composite, or features of shield volcanoes. There is a challenge question at the bottom of the sheet.

KS3 Geography Plate Boundaries recap starter or homework sheet. 3 short tasks asking students to 1) Title the diagrams with the correct boundary type (Constructive, Destructive, Conservative, Collision) 2) Label which type of plate is present at each one I.E. KS3/4 Template for a fun 3d ‘Pop-up’ river basin/watershed. Draw and label the features within a river basin onto the template, cut out and stick into the crease between a double page spread of an exercise book. When the student opens their book, it will work as a pop-up diagram. Fun and interactive, works well for a starter lesson into the rivers module.
