AQA A-level Psychology Hypothesis Writing Frame
Students often struggled to write a hypothesis, particularly if the exam question demands that this hypothesis is for a repeated or independent measures design. This Hypothesis Writing Frame is perfect for guiding students through the process of writing a hypothesis, outlining exactly what they should write with spaces to substitute the independent and dependent variable. It also includes a writing frame for a correlation hypothesis: this has yet to be examined but is a possibility for future exam questions.
This A4 handout comes complete with definitions for key terms: Hypothesis, Directional Hypothesis, Non-direction Hypothesis and Operationalisation; including when a non-directional or directional hypothesis should be used.

AQA GCSE Psychology: Language, Thought & Communication Starter Booklet
This booklet contains 12 starters than can be used at the beginning of each lesson in the AQA GCSE Psychology Language, Thought & Communication topic, focussed on recall from the previous lesson. When printing, I would recommend converting the PowerPoint to PDF as this may cause some formatting issues with some printers.

WJEC Level 3 Criminology Controlled Assessment Tracker
These trackers for the Unit 1 and Unit 3 Controlled Assessments will allow you to input each students score on each Assessment Criteria as you mark their Controlled Assessment. It will automatically calculate their total mark, percentage and grade - preventing any human error and saving valuable time.
In addition, you can input their Target Grade and the tracker will colour code each students grade in comparison: red if they are two or more grades below, yellow is they are one grade below, green if they have achieved their target grade and purple if they have exceeded it.
These trackers have space for two classes with 30 students in each, if you require more than this you can get in contact and I can edit this for you. Rows for unneeded students are easily deleted.
The trackers are locked, allowing you to use them without the worry of deleting any crucial formulas and vital in ensuring their ongoing functionality - cells requiring you to input their names, target grades and marks are unlocked. If you wish to unlock the entire spreadsheet to make any changes, the password is “Criminology” (case sensitive).
Your purchase includes a “How to” guide to ensure you can use the tracker with ease.

This Evaluation Writing Frame (or Cheat Sheet as we like to refer to it in my class) is perfect for lower ability students or when just starting the course in Year 10. It outlines exactly what they should write for common evaluation points, using the “Point, Explain, Link” structure. This support with essay writing provides students with confidence and works as a briliant scaffold both in the classroom or at home.
It follows two common methods of evaluation in GCSE, SODA for theories and GRAVE for studies. The resource also comes with an overview sheet for both SODA and GRAVE that explains each part of the acronym.
There are two ways of using this resource:
Version 1: Printed. This works well glued into their notes or book which they can refer to when completing evaluation paragraphs in class or at home.
Version 2: Printed on both sides and laminated, this works well as a loose reference sheet they can refer to when completing evaluation paragraphs in class or at home.
