Strategies for encouraging people to exercise more. Physical Healthy – Sleep The importance of sleep. Some of the issues people can have with their sleep. Some strategies for ensuring a good nights sleep. Mental Health and Wellbeing To understand the difference between mental health and mental illness. This unit of work is focusing on helping students to start investigating career paths and choose their GCSE options. The first part is looking at the link between personality and career choice using the Holland Codes.
