This is a set 3 phonics powerpoint, introducing the ‘ire’ sound. The powerpoint slides give children an opportunity to sound out ‘ire’ words and write their own sentence using this sound. There is also an ‘ire’ sound worksheet included which has writing and sound buttons activities.
This is the second lesson for KS1 learners and shows children how to use some basic Spanish vocabulary for talking about their family. They can practice constructing a conversation in spanish about introducing their familiy. There are differentiated ‘speech bubble’ worksheets which can help children to build a conversation in Spanish. There’s also an accompanying wordsearch and flash cards to consolidate children’s vocabulary learning.
This is the second lesson for KS1 learners and shows children how to use some basic Spanish vocabulary for descriptions. They can practice describing themselves, asking questions about descriptions. There’s a colouring activity and worksheet for children to use their new description vocabulary. Children can also search for their words using a spanish wordsearch.
