This complete intervention pack includes activities for finger gym, numeracy, and writing. It is designed for support staff (LSAs and TAs) to grab and deliver targeted support without the stress of them having to plan it. It is also great for NQTs or new to Early Years teachers! This complete pack is organized in such a way to allow the person delivering the interventions to list the children involved and annotate notes to support further development including the children’s next steps.

This lesson plan will guide you with your group of KS1 children in your outdoor area. The plan includes games (to develop confidence, team bonding and language - great for EAL children) and an activity which encourages children to explore and discover their natural environment while developing their skills in design and creativity. This activity fosters resilience, cooperation, imagination and problem solving skills
A simple writing challenge for your Reception children. This independent activity challenges the child to first locate the items on the sheet, which they have great fun doing with their friends, and then write down their name. There is guidance for letter formation included.

Here I have the 2nd week’s planning (4 lessons) on Wombats for Year 1 English. The planning is a follow up to the the previous weeks plan which was non-fiction work.
This planning has learning objectives, success criteria detailed descriptions for teacher input and what should be expected of the children based on 3 differentiated outcomes (high, middle and low).
The planning focuses on diary writing and past tense verbs. This plan can be purchased alone or together with week 1.
