Tourism in South America
The aim of the lesson is for pupils to create a travel itinerary around South America. They have 3 potential tourists who all have different preferences on where they want to go and what they want to see. The pupils need to work as a team to select the correct places and design a logical route through the countries.
This is a very engaging lesson. It promotes decision making, analyzing information, geographical inquiry, working as a team and map skills.
