This lesson is focused on Religious Pacifism through the case study of Desmond Doss (who’s life and pacifism inspired the film Hacksawridge). I show the films trailer as part of the lesson but the full film is rated 15 so be aware of this and make your own decision on whether to encourage students to watch it.
