This Present Tense Grammar Bundle features 10 present tense lessons suitable for Beginner level Adult ESL Students.

They are print and go grammar lessons with content relevant to adult learners. There are no fancy fonts or childish pictures. The emphasis is on good solid content and interesting activities. They are integrated lessons with a mix of speaking, grammar and writing. The lessons begin with a simple reading passage that introduces the grammar in context. Then some structured grammatical activities which could be done orally first and then written. The second part of the lesson is more open – ended, allowing students to integrate what they’ve learned and begin speaking confidently.

The resources are listed in order of difficulty and are based on themes that are relevant to new migrants - family, routines, jobs, hobbies.

All lessons contain Teacher’s Notes and Answers

Most of the Activities are self explanatory and answers are provided for the structured activities. In most cases there are other possible answers.

I would expect each lesson to take about 2 hours for an average class, with some of the written tasks set for homework.
