How to merge pupils together
This guide will explain how to merge pupils together.
Provision Map allows you to merge pupil plans and/or provisions together. To do this, mouse over theÌýAdminÌýtab at the top of the page and select theÌýPupil detailsÌýoption from the drop down menu.
This will take you to theÌýPupil detailsÌýpage. Select which pupils you would like to merge together by ticking the checkbox next to each pupil’s name.
When you have selected the pupils you want to merge, click on theÌýMerge pupilsÌýbutton above the pupils details list.
The plans and/or provisions of the pupils selected will now merge together for the first pupil. The second pupil will then be moved to theÌýArchived pupilsÌý±ô¾±²õ³Ù.
