How to edit account details
This guide will explain how to edit account details.
To make changes to your Provision Map account details, Click theÌýcogÌýicon in the top right hand corner of the page.

The cog icon will then display theÌýnameÌýassociated with your account, yourÌýschoolÌýand yourÌýmain school admin. Click on theÌýMy accountÌýbutton to continue.

You will be taken to theÌýAccount detailsÌýpage, where you are able to edit your password. Any changes that are made will beÌýsaved automatically.

You can also add aÌýdual authenticationÌýmethod to your Provision Map account, which provide an additional layer of security when logging in.

This menu offers a range of different layers of security for the individual’s account. The functions are as follows:
School default –ÌýThese are the settings as decided upon by a school admin in the School Settings.
Disabled –ÌýThis removes any dual authentication prompts from logging in on the account.
Email confirmation for new devices –ÌýWhen the user logs in on a new device for the first time, a link will have to be clicked in an authentication email sent to the registered email address.
Email confirmation for every login –ÌýEvery time the user logs inÌýa link will have to be clicked in an authentication email sent to the registered email address.
OTP Card for new devices –ÌýIf the user is using theÌýoptional OTP cardsÌýwe offer, these would be required to generate and enter a code every time a login occurs on a new device.
OTP Card for every login –ÌýIf the user is using the optional OTP cards we offer, these would be required to generate and enter a code for every single login attempt.
