To create a new meeting log, begin by moving your mouse over theÌýAdminÌýtab at the top of the page and selectÌýMeetings logÌýfrom the drop down menu.
You will see theÌýmeetings log menu and will be presented with a list of the existing logs. To add a new meeting log click on theÌýAdd new logÌý²ú³Ü³Ù³Ù´Ç²Ô.
Select the pupil you wish to create a meeting log forÌýand then click theÌýCreate a meeting logÌý²ú³Ü³Ù³Ù´Ç²Ô.
You will be presented to the screen shown below. Here you are able to give your meeting log a title, a record of the meeting notes and specified date of when the meeting took place.ÌýWhen you have finished, click theÌýAdd meetingÌýbutton toÌýsuccessfully create the meeting log. Finished meeting logs can be edited by clicking theÌýeditÌýbutton on their entry.
