How to add a tutor group
This guide will explain how to add a tutor group.
If you have not linked up Provision Map to your school’s Management Information System (MIS), you can directly manage your tutor groups through Provision Map. To create a new tutor group, mouse over theÌýAdminÌýtab at the top of the page and select theÌýTutor groupsÌýoption from the drop down menu.
This will bring up a list of the tutor groups that are currently in Provision Map. Click on theÌýAdd tutorÌýgroup button to begin creating a new tutor group.
A pop up form will appear where you can enter the name of the tutor group and assign a teacher. Once you are happy with the details, click on theÌýSave groupÌý²ú³Ü³Ù³Ù´Ç²Ô.
The new tutor group will then appear in the list of available tutor groups.
