This is the first in a series of posters trying to promote mathematics through a different avenue - SCUBA diving. I’ll try and compile an area of SCUBA diving alongside with a relevant area of mathematics in the National Curriculum, how far I can get will depend, but there is a high amount of mathematics in SCUBA diving. This week I’ve started the first in a few posters that will be upcoming revolving about the topic of Pressure. This week begins by looking at how pressure varies with depth in water.
