I found it went very well and can be used as either a reading lesson or English lesson - good for the children to think about the answers at Year 3,4 and 5 ! Enjoy !

An introduction Powerpoint to the Year 4 text in relation to the World War II topic looking at this in English with included video clip also - This is a great lead into the book and has 2x challenges also for the children to complete. A great cross subject piece and super to get the class to understand the beginngs of World War II and its effects- any questions do ask away !
There`s a Pharoah in our bath - continue the story stand alone lesson as a powerpoint with then levelled pieces/colours for the children to work on to write a continuation - Great book for Y3 and Y4 to study and hopefully this should get some good writing for you - A starter activty also built into this to start the lesson on word classes
Pronouns and enclosed worksheet through this PPT presentation - ideal for year 3,4 and 5 and with included progression - I have used this for a few years and year groups now and they like the entertainment within the slides and engages all the children throughout - enjoy !

A flipchart for a number of lessons based on a theme approach for the Iron man - this includes making a trap for the iron man, and other stand alone activities that would be very helpful to cover in a theme approach particularly covering art, DT, geog and history, in addition to thought provoking discussion on a PSHE slant throughout. I did this with a year 3 class who to be fair stuck at it well and we created some great pieces of work -This would be great to do over 2-3 weeks as I did to support them I would perhaps show them a video on the drawing of hands also - Great lesson though for an afternoon to focus on theme - Art and DT - feel free to use as you see fit for your class whilst studying the Iron man !

Identify around the school grounds 2 or more things that begin with that letter as the example e.g p- playground and then get the kids off identifying their school environment ! Ticks the outdoor learning box ! And can be used well across all age groups even secondary if needed !!
