A phonics display showing the different sound families with pictures linking to each sound to help children with choosing the right sound when spelling and writing. I use it in my Year 3 classroom to direct children to be more independent in their writing by directing them to ‘the square in the air sound’ instead of telling them how to spell a word. 15 different sounds.

Sign created to print out to remind the children to stop and look both ways before entering the corridor.

RE plan originally planned for Year 3 but would be suitable for Year 2-5. Looks at water in rituals focusing on Christianity and Hinduism.

Unit planning for the book Pumpkin Soup by Helen Cooper. This plan is aimed at Year 3 but including some catch up objectives from Year 2. It is to make a recipe. Also links to PSHE through friendships and class charters.
