I this lesson, you can go through the present, past and future of French verbs and explain all the different endings to the class. Then there is a text based on school and work where students will need to change the tense to the tense of your choosing. Very good revision for the GCSE!

This is a lovely lesson to explain the difference between area and perimeter.

I spent two days on this lesson which got me a maternity cover job at an outstanding school! 83 slides of perfection. The lesson starts with teaching the kids about the weather. The starter is a tiny revision of frequency words. Then the rest of the lesson is a building up process, a progression between weather and sports with opinions, frequency and reasons: Quand il fait beau, je joue au football apres l'ecole etc.... This resource is just perfect to spice up things in the classroom with your year 11! I put a selection of speaking questions, grammar and translations in a game format, all colour coded with an extra blank sheet for the answers. Students will need a dice or pick a colour with their eyes shut or maybe put their finger on the sheet, be imaginative regarding how you wish to do this! I may allocate numbers to my students: You answer 1-5, your partner answers 6-10 etc… The dice will be the best option to make the lesson entertaining! My games (4 different ones) cover two sections: Me, my family and friends and Technology. All the answers are in the book! I hope you will love this resource!
