Suitable for 2 form entry Year 6 end of year production. Many adaptable parts available. A production script loosely based on The Greatest Showman, ‘Barnum’s Circus’ tells the story of one man’s struggle to make a group of misfits the stars of the show. Singing, dancing, a few laughs, and of course a bearded lady. This package includes a 24 page script, a list of characters and costumes, a costume letter to send home, a ticket template, and a playlist for all sounds and songs in the script (links to YouTube). This package includes an audition script, a 30 page script, a list of characters and costumes, a costume letter to send home, scene changes list to help with props, a ticket template, and a playlist for all sounds and songs in the script (links to YouTube). This 3 week unit builds towards writing a formal letter to the famous poet, Benjamin Zephaniah. My Year 6 class thoroughly enjoyed his poetry and got a lot out of this unit.
