Plan and keep a track of your marking easily with this efficient marking timetable. Simply put a mark on the corresponding class and week, then when that groups books have been marked, itâs easy to tick off that itâs done!
I have included an example for how I use this timetable, please note I am using both the school year calendar and the marking policy that I personally have to follow (KS3 books marked once every 3 weeks, KS4 books every 2 weeks) but you are obviously free to edit this as you need to according to your schoolâs policy! This really helped me balance out the workload and also make sure no books got left behind unmarked. A win for both teacher and pupil!
A Powerpoint presentation giving reasons why we learn languages. Good to use at the start of the year and to help with motivation.

This is a ready to go differentiated lesson on sports, more suitable for KS3. I used this for an interview lesson (and got the job).
Included is the powerpoint presentation, a double sided stepped worksheet to use alongside the presentation and the lesson plan. Includes emphasis on using cognates and recognising false friends, a âspot the odd one outâ activity, battle ships, and encourages pupils to give opinions about sports with reasons.
