Self harm is a complex and sensitive subject, but a high proportion of young teenagers turning to this form of emotional support. This 62 page PDF workbook is a gentle approach to learning more about emotions and how they affect us (including references to self harm), with different strategies to support a range of difficult feelings, along with helpful websites and phone numbers.
