This document contains 3 worksheets for shape hunts. The learners could use these to find shapes in natural environments e.g. a rectangle in a window or a football as a sphere.

These are perfect for a fine motor area to incorporate maths skills. Children can be encouraged to put the correct amount of items onto the numbers. The dots on the numbers will scaffold children who are learning to consolidate numbers.

Reading questions
Perfect to support children to talk with each other about books they have read, or are reading, to encourage a love of books. These are great for world book day or an independent literacy area in the classroom. There are 15 question clouds. These could also be used as a prompt for pupils to complete written work.
I used these as part of a PE lesson where children completed circuits and when the whistle was blown, they had to stop and discuss the question cards on that station with their group.
I used these to enhance an outdoor area where children like to go to read. I laminated the cards and attached them to the fence. It created a discussion between children on the yard at break times.
