Cut and laminate these for sorting activities and to add to displays. There is a colour and black and white version of the worksheet where the 12 months are included. These small cards can be cut out and sequenced. The black and white ones can be coloured in. Add to class displays or individual symbol boards. The final page shows a template sheet where children can add their own pictures to the months of the year.

Here are 3 templates that counsellors working with children and young people could use as a more visual aid and way of communicating the counselling contract. A useful end of year assembly or / and class resource about Transition. This is a good discussion to find out about any anxieties your children may have about Transition, Moving On or Change such as moving to a new class / year group or school. The slides can be used with small groups or the whole class and focus on positive things as well as those that may be a little worrying for children.
