Primary 7 lesson on the future of space travel. This lesson allows learners to explore their predictions on the future of space travel. Learners are prompted to discuss what they already know about space travel and learn about the history of space travel before making their own predictions about the future of space travel. Learners are encouraged to make predictions about the future of space travel in pairs, before recording a short clip for a class podcast. This lesson is aimed at P7 learners (ages 11-12) and correlates with second level Science experiences and outcomes of the Curriculum for Excellence. It can also be adapted to suit other age groups and curriculums.

A fun PE lesson incorporating the popular game ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’. Perfect as a warm up or can be used as a whole lesson. Great indoors or outdoors!

A thoughtful and inclusive start of term, back to school holiday reflection. Learners are encouraged to write something they saw, heard, smelt, tasted and touched during the holidays. Avoids learners feeling uncomfortable or self-conscious about what they did or didn’t do in the holidays and opens up some great discussions as well as opportunity for active learning!
