Features of the booklet include: Contents page 100% knowledge sheets to aid student revision Mark band examples Learning objectives and tier 2/3 vocabulary for each lesson Recall 6 questions for each lesson Hinge questions at the end of each lesson Reading opportunities throughout Homework pages Blank recall 6 grids to give teacher autonomy Space for WCF (whole class feedback) Exam practice opportunities using I do, we do, you do technique Evaluation follows PET structure (Point, Evidence/Example/Explain, This means/suggests/Therefore) Teaching techniques throughout follow some of Doug Lemov’s strategies from Teach Like a Champion. Work is currently ongoing for an answer booklet to support teaching.
