The more challenging sheet requires students to combine these equations with unit conversions and standard form. The supportive worksheet provides the students with formula triangle and removes the need for students to change the units.

This lesson covers what needs to be known about the Moon in Edexcel Astronomy 2.1-2.7. All key definitions are covered and the Lunar phases are used at the end to explain the changing way in which the Moon is perceived. A lunar phases worksheet is included.
